PITA ON THE STOVETOP

The homemade frying pan for making small three-dimensional "pita" uses humus flour as the base material for the shell, which contains a humus mixture in two configurations: a pan or plate, eaten with the contents and replacing the traditional wiping movement with a finger-eating experience. The raw materials relate to the development of chickpeas powder by the team of Ram Reifen at the Faculty of Agriculture.
